Returns Policy
If our work is still in its original condition,
you may request a refund or an exchange.
Request for refund or exchange MUST
be made in writing.
This request should be made strictly
within 7 days of delivery or pickup of goods.

Please note that we will also refund
the shipping cost if the return if
it is a result of our error.
Green Gallery is not responsible for any
loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
We cannot accept returns/exchange of
opened items or damaged items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
We will notify you by email upon receipt
of goods and when accepted will issue a refund within 14-30 working days.
The refund will be made in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase.
Here at Green Gallery we will do our
outmost to make our clients pleased with their purchases and our service.
Our gallery recommend you to select the artworks you want to buy precisely,
requesting a maximum of information on the artworks you are interested in.
